1. What we collect
Account info, policy details, payment info, claim documents, and product usage telemetry needed to run our service.
2. How we use it
To underwrite, bill, and process claims. To improve the product. To comply with insurance regulation. We do not sell your data.
3. Session replay
Our Relyv.ai SDK captures session replay with PII redacted at the source — account numbers, payment cards, and personally identifying free-text are masked before any byte leaves your browser.
4. Sharing
We share only with: our partner underwriter (for binding), our payment processor (for billing), and government regulators (where legally required).
5. Your rights
Access, export, correct, or delete your data via Account → Privacy. State-specific rights (CCPA/CPRA, NY SHIELD) honored at request.
6. Retention
Account data retained while the relationship is active and for 7 years after termination per insurance recordkeeping rules.
