1. Acceptance
By accessing RelyvCover, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and a legal resident of a US state where we are licensed (CA, NY, TX, FL, WA — see /about).
3. Quotes vs. binding
A quote is an indication of price based on the inputs you provide. It is not a contract of insurance. Binding requires a successful payment and underwriting clearance.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel a policy at any time. Refunds are pro-rated to the day of cancellation and returned to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
5. Claims
Submit claims via the app or by phone. We commit to first-contact within 4 business hours and pre-approval on routine claims within 24 hours.
6. Limitation of liability
RelyvCover is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond the coverage limits in your policy.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which your policy is bound, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
